NEED HELP

On Sunday the 28th, I received Spanish language stations via E-Skip during the afternoon. 94.1 was the clearest and was receivable most of the afternoon. I don't think it was the 94.1 from Dallas, TX. Also, during the same time I received 101.3 (Mexican music), and 90.7 which played American (English language) love songs with an announcer in Spanish. The theme of the station seemed to be love songs. This makes me think all three stations were from Mexico. Does anyone have any ideas? BTW - This was all received near Des Moines, Iowa.

There are a few Mexican possibilities for each of those frequencies, but ALL THREE frequencies are licensed to Monterrey!! If you were getting all three Spanish stations at about the same time, there's a good chance they were all Monterrey... XET-94.1, XHXL-91.7, and XHAW-101.3. All 3 have decent power, and at about 1160 miles from you, they are at a perfect E-skip distance. Of course there are other possibilities. If you have Excel, you can download complete Mexican FM log from Girard Westerberg's fabulous FM Dx site: www.dxfm.com.Hope this helps!Chris from Poughkeepsie

Thank you!! That's pretty amazing if they were from there, but it sounds like a good chance they were. I wasn't getting any other eskip on other freq. at that time, so I bet you're right!
