Need More HOUSE MUSIC, on AREA 63/33

I sure hope they start to play more House on Area SOON. If you are a House fan, you really have no where to hear good House music, Remix was the only outlet for Occasional House mixes. Pure Trance gets boring after a while, especially when they dont play any Hard trance, its all that Fluffy Dreamy stuff.

In my opinion I think it's unfair that breakbeats gets its own dedicated channel when house music is FAR more popular than breakbeats. I think sirius should replace Boombox with a channel that focuses on house music and mixes or presents a variety of dance genres and make Area full time trance. I'm upset remix is gonna be gone because I love the DJ sets on there from the likes of Mike Bordes, Justin Testa, Chip Chop, Joey Rivaldo, and many many more. This was the BEST dance channel sirius has ever had and they're so dumb for killing it off.

See, personally, I disagree 100 percent. I have loved the fact that Area 63 has moved more towards all trance. (and yes the dreamy, and the euro-vocal trance is my favorite dance music by far). I like house too, but I like the sound that Area 63 now has. I wouldn't mind a house station at all, but I don't want it at the cost of losing the trance on Area 63/33. If anything ought to be cut, it's Boombox. I would rather be without breaks and drum n bass than trance or house. But Sirius (and Liquid Todd) seem to be hell bent on shoving Boombox's rap/breaks mix down our throats. Personally, I would love for Boombox to be cut and replaced with a House channel. Then Area could go all trance.

Im with you guys, Drop the breaks, for an all house channel. All kinds of House, DEEP-Hard-Progressive-Vocal-Funky----All about House, the representation of House. Everyone Knows that HOUSE, is the most popular Genre of Dance. I personally dont think the music on AREA is edgy enough, for the imaging and sweepers of the station.

I cant beleive no one else wants more House Music on Sirius. Some Trance is fine, but cant it be harder sometimes, does it always have to be Dreamy, and almost Ambient like. I only hear maybe two House Songs an hour, if im lucky, that just isnt enough. Im sure a House channel would bring in more SuBs than a BreakbeAT/Hip Hop HYBRID......One thing I do miss about XM is (THE MOVE),, that was a definate House outlet, usually Deep Minimal and Progressive House, and NO Trance.
