The good... smaller market station in rapidly growing Bartow County with excellent news/talk programming lineup. Only commercial station in county. Great work environment and extremely generous sales commission.

The down and dirty... this is a straight commission sales manager position. Our current sales manager is changing careers and you'll get his book of business as a base. The opportunity also exists for you to recruit one or two sales people to work under you where you can take an override of their sales. Radio sales experience a plus, but will consider other sales backgrounds. EOE
