Need some feedback on 107-9 Jamz -- Champaign-Urbana...

This station has been our new, hot, hip, college town station. Slogan: Hits and Hip-Hop

Since the beginning of 2010 I have noticed a much larger swing to the dancier side of hip-hop (I'm sure nationwide as well).

Take a listen at: 1079jamz.fm and let me know what you think. Is this station hip-hop or "dance-hop"? Which way do you think it leans? Is this a national trend in all CHR/RHY stations? I used to not be able to listen too much because of the heavy hip-hop/gansta sound but recently that seems to have changed. Thanks for the feedback.
