Need some RDS Phantom Help

We have 2 RDS phantoms originally purchased in 2005. A couple of years ago, one of them was upgraded from an 8.2 broadcast tools switcher to the 16.4 switcher. With that upgrade came an RDS Phantom application note that described what to change in the configuration so that the software would recognize the additional inputs of the 16.4 switcher. Fast forward to now...we need the other phantom upgraded from the 8.2 to 16.4 and we can't locate the application note that describes how to update the config. This is one of the only things that I can't do in phantom from memory, so this is a last resort, seeing as how RDS is refusing to send us info they have already sent us once before. I'm very frustrated with this whole thing, and I hope someone here can possibly help.

Don't know how much this may help, but the unit is built on a dos platform. It would seem that you could copy the configurations from your upgraded unit and reboot. I don't remember all the dos command but they are on line and you can copy your setting on your upgraded unit to the old one. Hope this helps p/s I'm in hughe need of a copy of your start up disk for my unit I've lost some dos file. (it can be emailed)
 
The problem is: The phantom we originally upgraded is no longer in our possession, along with all the manuals and application notes.
 
perhaps I can help you. You Phantom has a huge number of inputs it would seem that there wouldn't be a need to change your software (just from looking at the Manuel) how many units are you using to go into your RDS?
