Need to unload a CP - Jefferson Davis County

I've got a CP for a non-commercial 5,000 watt station (could do 6,000 actually with a minor mod) in Jefferson Davis County. I'm not at a point where I can build the station now. If you have any interest shoot me a message. All the engineering has been done. The unfortunate part is that the CP expires March 31 but a change in ownership should grant the new owner 18 months extra from what I understand. I desperately need to get rid of this and would entertain any offer.
