I sure could use some good advice. I am currently involved with a certain station that allows my company to broadcast on there radio. Part of the agreement is that they are to run advertisement for our sponsor(s) everday for a specific amount of spots per day. I do get invoiced on a monthly basis for the air time and along with the invoice is a computer generated list of times that the spots were supposedly ran. I do not feel that what I am reading has been actually happening. Other than myself actually listening to the station to find out the facts is there another way to verify what I am being billed for is actually taking place?

Ask for the air times in advance, and listen to the station during those times that the spots will air. Any decent traffic system will print out those reports.
