Needing relay circuit

My old age is catching up with me. I have an STL receiver that outputs a ground closure when it is unmuted. I want to convert this to momentary on and momentary off. When the output goes to ground, I need a momentary closure of a relay, and when it goes high, I need a momentary closure of a second relay.
 
If you would rather build a relay control system ... this is the basic design.

Thanks. I knew you guys would come through. I used to build this stuff a long time ago, but for some reason it wasn't clicking. And I forgot about RDL.
