(used to listen to Neil, Randi Rhodes and Rick and Suds on 620 WSUN and in the 2000's listened to Neil from time to time on WQAM, while visiting the Stuart/Jupiter area)

Give it a little time. I'll be checking it out shortly, but months and years from now posters will ask "Anyone got old Uncle Neil shows?" and with any luck, someone else will redirect them to your upload. There's PLENTY of interest, but it'll take time for people to react and find your stuff. Thanks for your effort. 8)

I'm listening to some of these old shows and you really can't compare Jorge to Neil.

Anyone have any insight into the pizza incident with Moe? Wasn't really listening around that time.
 
The last Neil mp3 of the batch (at http://www.mediafire.com/?s5pzhcbdovsqz ) is dated Friday June 12, 2009. Neil had a vacation scheduled the following week and was due back on the air Tuesday the 23rd --- to be followed by "Ding Dong School," a meeting with the company programming "geniuses." My question is, did he go on that day or was 06/12/09 the last show?

(I've been listening to that show and lifting excerpts from it for much of the weekend. I have no life.)

6/12/09 was the last day.

The next week was a vacation and then the following week Flea was still on the air doing the show and they never really mentioned anything.

Flea always came off as a backstabber. He was working both sides. He ended up costing Jorge his job and no doubt he had a hand in Neil's firing.

Thank you so much for uploading these. I've been searching for old Neil shows for the past year and a half, and have come up with next to nothing. You rock!
 
No problem. I really thought someone out there had them saved. Jorge Rodriguez never responds to any fan email asking for copies of the show and then yesterday he said on his show that he's not gonna give it away for free. He said something along the lines of "I don't go to your job and ask for free stuff."

He is a big piece of crap. I wonder how that show of his is doing?
 
PSJ, you're a fine American for posting all those shows, but you should understand that Jorge has been going through a very stressful and busy time. And it really is annoying to stay late at the studio making dubs for strangers. He may not be Mr. Charm but cut the guy some slack.

"It's just a radio show, sir. Calm down."
 
...keep these things up as long as you can. Talk radio in Tucson is DA PITZ and I'm grabbing these airchecks as quickly as I can! Merci BIG time...
 
Can any hardcore Neil fans answer some of these questions:

1 - Did Lee Feldman stab Neil in the back? Do you think he knew the whole time about Neil's fate? Why was the dump button not working that day?

2 - What was the famous pizza incident with Howard David?


I know yesterday Jorge mentioned Lee Feldman and said he was the guy that took his job and sounded like he was angry towards him.
