Classic Nelly. It seems like he has stuck to his style when everybody else is trying to roll with the times. I dig this song!

Over kill on Sirius/XM The Heat as well as here in ATL on CC's WILD 105.7/96.7. Im diggin the next single "Move Your Body"

You know Shawty, I've only heard that song once on K104 I believe. Kiss and i93 play the song, but I hardly listen to them, so I hardly get a chance to hear the song.

I agree. K104 and 97.9 The Beat never showed the song any love.

It sounds CHR partially AC with the guitar in the beginning. Much like the intro of Eminem's Love the Way You Lie sounds CHR and not hip hop. Course I can't stand Rihanna's whiney voice in that track anyways, just personal opinion, that didn't stop it from being rotated.

Theres a fine-line when it comes to programming an Urban, how many are really going to rotate a track that does not sound urban even though its by a hip hop artist.

Well, it all depends on the PD of the station. If the station is in an eclectic market then the urban may spin the song, but if it's more a conservative in the sense of musical tastes then forget about it.

Yep which is why I don't believe most urbans played it.

One controversial thing was the song with Nelly and Tim McGraw. If I remember right, Urbans and CHR's played the song, but I don't believe any country station put it in rotation.

Does anyone know of a country station that played that?

I don't remember urban's playing that song. CHR's and Hot AC's did.

WGCI, WVEE, WPGC, & KMEL were spinning that song quite strong when it was in regular rotation. All those stations are or were known to be "unconventional" programmed urban stations.

KPWR plays Just A Dream on the regular. 97.1 Amp Radio played it over again and so did KIIS-FM. Those are the only radio stations in LA that would Just A Dream. Nelly fell off.

Think back to 2002 when Dillema first came out. KKBT played 30 times a day. Power 106 played it to. KIIS-FM played it. And Urban AC KJLH played it too in 2002. KHHT played it too

Hot AC KBIG 104.3 plays it along with Q104.7 in Redlands, Ventura and the IE's KGGI 99.1
Just A Dream is too sad of a record. The reason why I say that Nelly had fell off because he used to get airtime on many stations in L.A. If KKBT was still around would they spins Just A Dream. I could see KJLH playing because alot of Nelly's are always somehow being to urban AC's.

Nelly's music is mostly consider pop rap in recent years espically after doing that duet with Tim McGraw Over and Over. And im sure Nelly isnt hurting for a hit either. As smart as Nelly is with his past endoursements and a previous part owner of Charlotte Bobcats hes not worried. And the Song Just A Dream is Nelly's Top hit since 2005 Grillz. As long as your song makes it to Top 40 your good.

His new song with Kelly Rowland reminds me of Dillema. I hope "Gone" makes it to the Top 40. Like I said it should be called Dillema Part II. It's a great record.
