NESN Florida!

I'm watching Vermont vs. Florida on NESN.

FSN Florida is producing the game.

NESN slid their blue ticket over to cover "FSN" but did nothing for "Florida."

Tacky ::)

Thats funny.
"Im watching NESN Flordia Your New England Sports Network that you can also watch in Flordia." This way people in Florida can catch all the Red Sox action lol.

NESN should of put blue over the Florida part after the NESN logo. As for other sports networks like Comcast Sports Networks in other parts of the country how do they go about blocking out the FSN logo when they show FSN produced games?

They don't. As you know Comcast Sports Network took over Fox Sports New England on October 1st. I saw a game the other day. The FSN logo was at the top of the screen. The Comcast Sports Network logo was at the bottom of the screen. BTW, I still think it's weird watching Comcast Sports Network on COX Cable, tho Comcast Sports Network is a lot better than COX's so-called sports network, which is infomercials around 16 hours a day (maybe more). At least that's how it is on the Connecticut version I don't know how it is on the Providence version of COX Sports Television. And I also know the New Orleans version of COX Sports Television is more like a regular RSN like Comcast Sports Network. For some reason the listings for COX Sports Television on ZAP2IT.COM are for the New Orleans Version. And by the way COX, people in Connecticut do not give a crap about Rhode Island sports outside of the PAWSOX, so you need to stop showing stupid college and high school sports from Rhode Island on COX Sports in Connecitcut. And the same goes for the memorial day parade they pick up from WLNE.

Agreed about the PawSox. I hate the Red Sox up and down, but I DO like McCoy Stadium in Pawtucket. Ben Mondor does a great job with that franchise.

Comcast SportsNet Chicago is the only CSN to block out the FSN logo.

They have "CSN" with the red crescent over the letter "C" on a black background.

I'm surprised the other CSNs haven't picked up on it.

While on the subject...

When Sun Sports airs Florida Marlins games they cover up "FSN FLORIDA" with the long "SUN SPORTS."
When it's just "FSN" they use the regular logo.

Why? FSN Chicago has been defunct for quite a few years.

Isn't Sun Sports and FSN Florida both owned by the same company? As on the website both logos for FSN and Sun are on their.

And to the post about Cox Sports. I agree. Cox just needs to dump the channel. Connecticut doesn't really have any major local sports other then UCONN which most of mens games are on CBS, ESPN, and WCTX. And women games on CPTV, ESPN, and CBS. So I don't see a need for Cox Sports. Its just pointless.

I'm guessing that since FSN Chicago is no more, CSN Chicago has picked up some FSN programming to fill the holes...

FSN Florida is wholly owned by FOX Sports; Sun Sports is owned by both FOX Sports (50%) and Comcast (50%).

Its just interesting how they have the same website for both networks.
