Network affiliates only carried on digital (i.e. above channel 100)

What cable systems can you think of that carry network affiliates (Big 4 + PBS) on digital only (i.e. channel 100 or higher)?
I have two examples from Michigan:
Charter in St. Johns carries WSMH (FOX) on Channel 786, but WSYM is the FOX affiliate in SD on Channel 9. Also, all HD Big Four are out of Flint-Saginaw, despite St. Johns being in the Lansing market. The Flint-Saginaw and Lansing Big Three and PBS member stations are both seen in SD, along with WOOD from Grand Rapids! The Charter system in Ovid-Elsie (just east of St. Johns) doesn't carry ANY Flint-Saginaw stations (not even PBS) and has the Lansing stations in HD (and WOOD in SD!), despite the two communities being on the border of the Lansing and Flint-Saginaw TV markets.
MIcom's systems in Newaygo County and Lake County carry WGTU (ABC) on Channel 101. WZZM is the long-time ABC affiliate of record for that area, although Lake County is in WGTU's home market. IMO, Newaygo County should have been split between the Traverse City-Cadillac and Grand Rapids markets, but that's another topic.

I think it's called Comporium in Rock Hill, SC. The Charlotte Observer lists all of their stations along with those of Time Warner and other systems. And all of Comporium's channels are above 100.
