Maybe not the most appropriate time to post this,
but this was in today's USA Today and I thought
I'd pass it along before I throw away the paper:

NBC this season hit its highest median age ever:
48. UPN supplanted the WB as the youngest-skewing
network: UPN median age, 32.9; WB, 35, mostly because
7th Heaven and Reba skew older. CBS, while reversing
an aging trend, is still the oldest-skewing network.
Newsmagazines tend to appeal to the oldest viewers,
while reality shows appeal to the youngest.

2003-04 median age, 52.9
Youngest-skewing show: The Amazing Race, median age
43.5
Oldest-skewing: 60 Minutes Wednesday, median age 59.2

Unless there's a typo in the article, I stand by what I
posted. The article said Nick at Nite, and I'm inclined
to agree that 10-14 year old girls would go for Will Smith
and John Stamos.

But those shows are 15 years old. Doobie Gillis was cute (I guess), you don't see tweens flocking to that show.
