Networks That Have Seperate SD and HD Feeds

Now networks that only use one feed for both are the ESPN networks, FOX owned channels, CNN, HLN, MSNBC. Still their are a lot that have seperate feeds.

Which is a nightmare for anyone involved in local cable advertising sales in Western markets where the SD feed is West while the HD feed is East...
 
Someone here said that ABC Family's requirement to air the $700 Club doesn't apply to it's ABC Family HD? Maybe they are just waiting until Pat goes to does to shut down it's SD channel
