Anyone have any feedback on the BCM-104?? understand that's what the Voice of Jack FM uses..how does it compare to the TLM 103? The new TLM49 has been out alittle while.anyone has a chance to demo it?
 
I think the general consensus is that anything called 'Neumann' since Sennheiser took over is not worth the money. If you want the "real" Neumann sound, look at Microtech-Gefell.

Reasonably priced mics for VO would be the M930, M940 or M950 transistor mics - each has a different pattern. For total vacuum tube decadence, the UM 92.1S has the same capsule as the classic Neumann U47.
