New 50 kw AM in NH/VT?

Does anyone have any information on the proposed full-power AM in either VT or NH. Something that big must cost a small fortune to build from the ground up . . . how likely is it that it will ever come on the air? Anyone know the frequency? Will the market support it?

Isn't there also to be a new outlet on 670 in the Burlington area? And Presque Isle, Maine's WEGP 1390 is also supposed to be going 50 gallons.
