What is up at New 92, for the last few hours when I turn past them it seems to be broadcasting dead air.

Automation must have crashed, or locked up.

Oops. Guess they didn't upgrade to iMediaTouch 2.5. Solved our lock-up problems...

They run Scott Studios though...don't they?

But the last few hours...hmm...sounds like something more severe than automation problems. Maybe the transmitter had a bad hair day.

Double O runs MediaTouch. WXRY runs MediaTouch. InnerCity runs Scott. I don't know what Citadel runs. 1170 runs MediaTouch. WUSC runs AudioVault. CC, of course, runs Prophet.

That's not good to be having XMTR problems a year into the game. Could be upgrading to HD? Also could be an STL/T1 issue... Double O doesn't use Microwave, IIRC.

Hey Dude, long time, no talk. I won't preclude anything, but unless they gutted their system, Double O uses Scott. Hope all is well. Still holding up a corner of the bar at Meritage?

Scott, you'd know better than I what they are running. In April of 2005, MediaTouch was saying that WWNU/NQ were new customers...

Wish I were still holding up that corner... Meritage closed. :-( Don't know where all my bartender friends scattered to. I sure miss the filet mignon...

Unless they switched right when I left 'coz I left at the tail end of April and they were still using Scott then. Sorry to hear about Meritage. The filet is, I mean, was, great... Also partial to the pan seared tuna. "Where have all the barkeeps gone..." (to the tune "Blowin' In the Wind")

Glad to hear it, Ronny. Good luck. Still on the OBX. Lovin' it! It's a different world here. Everyone ought to visit here at least once in their lives. Take care.

I took a look through the facilities right after they were built, and it was Scott then. I really can't imagine anybody dumping Scott to go with iMediaTouch. It'd be like junking my BMW to drive a Pinto.

I would have agreed with you a couple months ago. But version 2.5 of the software is really stable and has a better GUI than Scott. It is also easier to train non-radio folks on. Once you've learned how to set the sysem up (assuming you didn't pay to have the whole thing integrated), it is pretty much a walk in the park to do it. However, like audio processing, everyone has their favorite system.

I am Audi guy, but I sill own two Ford 'Stangs, which I would never get rid of even for the Audi. All are enjoyable to drive in different ways.
