New 99x morning zoo is falling apart already

Someone just emailed me that Monty[sic] Carlo quit the New Morning X today. Well that was a nice run.

To be fair, she was thrown into a crappy situation. Apparently, the company never even told Sean or anyone else they had even hired her till just a few days before the show signed on. Then they basically gave her nothing to do and never really told her what was expected of her. So essentially they uprooted this poor girl from Florida into a completely crappy situation with no game plan....AND they surprise her partners with the whole thing.

Just checked and she's still on the 99x website. I guess they'll have to do new photoshoots. Hey, maybe this means more Leslie....

She actually has a gig in Seattle it appears, according to Sean Demery. Not leaving due to any ill will...or so he says at least.

Monti Carlo quit 99X’s new Morning X Thursday after just two and a half weeks but according to host Sean Demery, it was not because she was unhappy. She left for personal reasons that’s forcing her to move to Seattle, where she already has a job at a top 40 station. Monti, a standup comic who has had radio gigs in Florida, South Carolina and Z93, was the “younger” female voice on the show during her brief time there. Monti herself hasn’t returned a call for comment.
