New Albuquerque FM Station

OK let's say your uncle gave you an FM Radio Station in Albuquerque. You need to program it and pick a format. What would you do? (No my name is not Scott and this is just a "what if" question.)

I'd protect the family fortune by hanging a "for sale" sign on

There is no station like that in Bakersfield. There is an all-over-the-road reggaetón station owned by the Farm Workers that addds pop and some hip hop, but really they have little or no dance product. It also has no ratings any more.
