New anchor team at WMTW in Portland?

Anyone know what the plan is for the anchor team at WMTW 8 in Portalnd?
Wish they would team up Shannon Moss from the morning show with some
experienced news man! Any ideas of maybe stealing someone from one of the other Portland
stations? How bout Chris Facinni from Bangor WLBZ 2? I think they would make a good team.
 
The only current anchor opening at WMTW is for a weekend anchor/reporter. Nothing they've tried has moved the ratings needle weekday evenings, and they gave up at noon after years of dismal results. It appears management is content with their current emphasis on growth areas like weekend mornings, where their ratings are up. Shannon left WCSH for WMTW because Channel 8 promised her a family-friendly morning schedule. I wouldn't put it past Hearst to poach more talent from Gannett; with Kara gone at WLBZ Chris might be open to the idea of jumping ship. But I don't see them doing anything big on weekday evenings anytime soon.
