What other market, besides Atlanta, moved up to make Boston drop 2 slots?

Surprisingly, Detroit moved up 10-9.

I have read that Boston is the only market that has actually lost population over the past year. I wonder if it has to do with taxes?

Milwaukee moved from 33 - 32 this year. If Milwaukee radio station were to include Kenosha County into the ratings like Milwaukee TV stations do for Neilson, it might be possible they would climb another notch, now that Kenosha County is getting plenty of former Cook & Lake County Illinois residents. Chicago market is one to watch in the upcoming years. The overall tax problem in that market is going to knock them down to #4 in a few years (I believe maximum of 10 years).

What about St. Louis. They were at #19?
