New Ashtabula station

Being in Columbus and not traveling to that part of the State anymore, does anyone know if 98.3 WYBL is on the air yet? Clear Channel has a CP for it, and it looks like there is a website for it because if you go to www.wybl.com it also shows www.983thebull.com and it says "forbidden: you don't have access to this server"...kinda looks like country to me to go after WKKY-FM.

Try this and look at what happens.

Put "/main.html" after the address.

<a href="http://www.983thebull.com/main.html">www.983thebull.com/main.html</>
<a href="http://www.wybl.com/main.html">www.wybl.com/main.html</>

But the calls are now on the 98.3 construction permit for the new Ashtabula station...is it on the air yet?
