New ATSC 3.0 test stations in Las Vegas

From rdvegas on the AVS Forum:

A new station is slated for Las Vegas soon. RabbitEars.info now shows a Test Station will operate on RF 45 with a virtual 45 display with a power of 1000kW. This station will operate with ATSC 3.0, so almost all of us desert viewers will not see anything. The construction of this Test signal may be for the coming Spring National Association of Broadcasters Convention in Las Vegas. Not a lot of details are available. Service will be provided by Sinclair, giving that huge company four stations in the Valley to play games with.

Another ATSC 3.0 Test Station is slated to operate in the Valley on RF 18/virtual 18 with just over 6kW. This is the same RF and virtual used by KHMP, that is in the process of a re-birth. RabbitEars.info does not indicate the owner of the channel 18 Test Station.
