New "Binghamton" Station

The people of Windsor might be surprised to hear that the frequency assigned to them is really a "Binghamton" station according to today's paper! With less than a Kilowatt, it's going to be a neat trick to convince anyone of that!

Will this station be anything more than another computer hooked to an STL or will there be another $70 dollar Mackie Mixer connected too?

Just what we need...another "Binghamton" station for no one to pay any attention to!
