Wow! For a station that's on Auto-Pilot with no more WMAQ/no more competition - that's a little Top Heavy in the management department. Add the GM and you got 4 guys running a one-man band. Sounds like patronage jobs!

No. But if you have Mr radio news genius then please explain why a station with a monopoly - exactly zero competition - suddenly needs another boss instead of another regular employee. Their website job openings says they are low on editors & reporters & anchors - and sometimes even "the desk" is unstaffed to save money - usually from 1-2am so hopefully nothing breaks then - so yes, please tell us how another 9-5 suit remedies the situation.
