So much for Smoothy Jazzz. KWJZ is now KLCK. So I guess this wasn't a stunt. Though since it took weeks for them to bother to change the calls, that just goes to show how far calls have slid in the big picture of PPM.

Stunts don't usually last 2+ months. Smooth Jazz is gone.

You are correct on how little calls matter, especially "heritage calls".
Im now waiting for FMSteve to get in here to encourage an LPFM owner or Bill W. to pick up those "legendary call letters" :D
 
Isn't there an AM station somewhere in Klickitat County with those call letters?
