NEW CAT COUNTRY MORNING SHOW

So there's a new morning show in the market and nobody's saying anything about it. OK it's half a new morning show with Chris Whitten as the holdover and this new guy Matt who sounds like he'd rather be on WAAF. Frankly I'm surprised after months of looking they took someone from within Hall's chain from Vermont. Did they get no other applicants? Anybody listening consistently enough to figure out if it was worth the wait? They sound a little um young for mornings on this format in this market.
 
Hang out at the Toby Keith concert tonight before you judge what's um young for um mornings for this um format in this um market.

The wake-up show is coming along fine. I listen. They're 2 guys who never worked together before so it takes a while for them to get to know each other much less for the audience to get to know them as a team. Obviously you're not a listener or you'd know there are other things to discuss about WCTK like a new jingle package & tighter playlist of currents, but I don't want to force you into a discussion about what you'll really have no valid opinion about.
 
And I heard a Sam Stevens jock shout today too. Since B101 did away with them, I think WCTK is the only station using them. Not sure about PRO-FM since I don't listen enough.
