Green To CC Indy as GM
CLEAR CHANNEL INDIANAPOLIS brings in RICK GREEN as GM. GREEN will oversee Rocker WFBQ, Alternative WRZX and News/Talk/Sports WNDE. GREEN comes from SOUTHERN FLORIDA where he was at one time a station owner and had worked with CLEAR CHANNEL news networks.

Just a news update, but I have a question about GM and PD control over Bob and Tom. I would think with the syndication, success, and that they probably have to answer to no one but themselves and sponsors. Is this the case? And not just in that specific case, how about in the broader sense with other shows and DJs?

mostly they have their audience to answer to. that's why they've been on top for so long
 
I think the GM would have to trend lightly. If B&T would become unhappy, I would see the GM going. In the past, the previous new owners have had talks with Tom (this is has said on the air numerous times), assuring him there would be no changes.

If they (B&T) would become unhappy, Jeff S. is waiting and willing to welcome them to Monument Circle!
