WSKG Public Broadcasting is seeking a President/CEO to lead this joint radio-television community licensee into the future with a continued pattern of membership growth and a strong financial foundation. This position is responsible for overall direction and mission fulfillment of the organization and reports directly to the Board of Trustees. Are you who we’re looking for? Do you have a passion for public broadcasting? Can you instill that passion in others? Do you have the ability to reach out into a wide-ranging community and create partnerships that enhance our unique role and increase our viability and growth into the future? Do people follow you because of the example you set and the character you possess? To be considered, candidates should possess a thorough, demonstrated knowledge of public broadcasting and nonprofit funding, with at least 10 years of experience in a management position that includes responsibility for budgets and multiple departments. In addition, must possess strong community ties and/or the ability to build a community network quickly, the ability to use financial information and analysis to aid the decision-making process, and the ability to lead by example, build consensus and guide a team to success.
