New CHRs in the Mid Atlantic

WZEB on Delmarva and WURV in Richmond. Anyone's thoughts? One morphed from an urban leaning chr to a mainstream slowly but surely. The other did the rare hot a/c to CHR switch. Both are not playing a ton of older stuff. Which also has me ask, what CHR stations are playing less than 10 percent gold/recurrent? Are there any truly that play mostly music on today's CHR chart? Looking for a CHR with very little gold or recurrent songs.

It's a shame that so many CHR's are essentially Hot-ACs. There are way too many oldies on most CHRs.
