New Citadel/Atlanta GM

I've researched Mr. O'Malley a little. He has a reputation for being really strong in the sales area; was at Clear Channel before Citadel. Looks to be 40-ish.
 
The Citadel cluster in Charleston is a good group. They have the number one rap and top 40 station and the number two country station in the market.

Why does Roddy have to bring looks into it? What does that have to do with O'Mally's ablilites? Speaking of looks, one hopes he brings the business manager with him. She's got some potential.
