New classic cartoon channel on the way!

What's needed is a truly open system, like the internet, to replace cable and broadcasting. Any limited system just will not be able to support anything decent in today's society. If internet had the same video quality as broadcasting, there could be all sorts of good classic cartoon and classic tv channels available. Right now, anything good will not last on cable or on the airwaves.

Give PB&J 2 years, before it starts adding Pokemon to the mix.

I agree with you but it's looking less and less likely to happen. With AT&T joining in on capping Internet usage as of May 2011, the ISPs are going out of there way to make sure this never happens. You'd never be able to support any kind of decent quality downloads with ISP caps.

And the ISPs have a vested interest in seeing that never happens. As cable (such as Comcast) or DSL (such as AT&T) want you to use their cable or U-Verse options for this, NOT by using the Internet to get it.
