New Colorado PSA for DUI and BAC Phone App

There is a new Colorado DUI PSA on the Colorado DOT website voiced by two State Troopers. The link is provided below. Additionally, Colorado DOT provides a free phone app that calculates BAC and does another really cool thing....gives you info for how to call a cab based on the area you are in. Pretty cool tool. The statistics on alcohol and drug impaired driving are mind boggling.

When you get to the site, look on the left hand side navigation area and it is at the bottom of the links. Click on it and than click on the PSA for download.

First off, the URL you gave doesn't appear to be valid (Browser can't connect to the server). Secondly, I can't imagine anyone who's not sober being able to use a smartphone app (Why CDOT seems to think otherwise is MIND-BOGGLING)
