The FCC issued a CP today for a class A facility in Hartford on 103.3 FM. Wonder what its format will be.

Hopefully it will become a dance station, but I can dream!

But seriously, got a link to the FCC page? I want to read up on it, it's not every day a new station goes up in this market.
