New Country station for Delmarva?

Is a new Country station coming to the Delmarva Peninsula? A challenger to Froggy and Cat Country? Clear Channel may not have anything to worry about, but what about Cat Country?

The plan seems to be to knock off 97.5 and 105.9, plus to cut down Froggy's share maybe knocking them out of 1st place.
