New Cumulus Market Manager

According to one of the industry site, Mark Sullivan is the new SVP/MM for Cumulus in Nashville, effective last Monday.
Sullivan had been based in Atlanta as a SVP for the last 9 years. Now's he got the corner office again.
Is this a cost cutting move or something else?

Sulllivan was the one they flew in from Atlanta whenever they fired a bunch of people. Easier I guess to have him in house ... with airfare and hotel costs what they are these days.

That's pretty extravagant. In smaller markets, he had to drive in and fire people.
