New Dennis Miller morning show...who's got it?

Westwood One says the new Dennis Miller Show will air "in major markets" 7-10 AM Pacific. They haven't published an affiliate list...any word on which Northwest station(s) might carry it? Who might you like to see carry it? I think this would be a natural for KMTT and would certainly give their mornings a fresh start.
 
They haven't announced WHERE yet (at this posting),

..but MY BEST guess is KVI, replacing 'The Commentators"...
 
Dennis Miller doing mornings at The Mountain would be like Limbaugh on Air America for the drive home.

not that great of a guess for being your BEST. We've had to sit through Dennis Miller in Monday Night Football, with a horrible TV show and so on....why does he need to try and ruin radio now?!

..just learned that the show WILL NOT be aired on either KVI-AM or KMTT-FM...

...that's direct from WestwoodOne sales, but they still won't tell me which one...

Guesses??
 
Ummm who cares, do yo honestly think he is going be around long enough for anyone to really give a hoot? Either he won't pull the numbers to last ala MNF, or he will get tired of doing radio on a daily basis and jump ship... His rants have become an exercise in how many three foot long words he can string into a sentance, and it is old and very boring...

Dennis Miller on the new 104.5, straight outta Covington. You heard it here first, which obviously makes it right! Hee hee. Actually, is he really clearing live from 7AM to 10AM PDT? That's just goofy for us west coasters...NOBODY is going to program him live if those are the hours.

I enjoy Dennis in smaller doses. Kinda like Carolla. But for long-form programming? I dunno.

Well, let's see. This is a mid-day show. DM is a conservative talk show host. KTTH won't clear him over Rush. Supposedly KVI is not interested, according to sources on this board. I am gonna go left field on this one and say KKOL 1300. I don't know if he's Christian enough, though.

What do you all think?
 
Airwaver and others, please expand. I just know NOTHING about Salem and their decisionmaking process. Any insights?
