1) No. Even if Rush tanks (and he might), WIBC isn't that dependent upon the syndicated talkers. The only syndication they run M-F is C2C AM, Rush, and Clark Howard. They can be pretty flexible with their local hosts.
2) I think they'll work until they die.
3) I think the next big thing in imaging was introduced in October at 100.9. <whisper>Radio Now ... Now at 100.9</whisper> repeated so often that we actually remember where Radio Now is
