New DSPXmini-FM SE

To continue from another thread, we envisioned it to be the Special Edition but actually both Second and Smooth edition are just as appropriate ;)

The new mini SE is a successor of the original mini. The idea behind it was to take the hugely popular original mini and improve the musicality and smoothness. With the new mini SE we changed the crossover, redesigned the limiter and upgraded the clippers to get more low-end, more natural spectral balance and more relaxed processing. For fans of the mini "classic" we've included the presets that preserve the high-end brightness of the original mini.

The new mini SE will cost EUR 1500/USD 2100. As an IBC promotion the SE will be available at EUR 250/USD 350 off until the end of September. Old users will be able to upgrade their minis for EUR 250/USD 350. The upgrade will require a PCB card swap out that can be
handled by users in the field.

If you are visiting IBC, stop by the stand 8E.71 and take a listen. You will be able to compare the new mini with the old one as well as some of the competing processors that are currently being discussed on the forum. You will also be able to compare the DSPXtreme FM+HD directly with other flagship processors from our competitors. We are looking forward to seeing and talking to many processing enthusiast in Amsterdam! :)

Regards,
Goran Tomas
