New Fall TV Season

Is it me or is this the dullest most lackluster TV season you have ever seen?

There doesn't seem to be much in the way of new exciting programming, or is it just me?

If you agree, is it the remnants of the writers strike, thight money or both that have caused this?
 
I don't know.
A car that can also be a truck is suddenly cool.

I *do* apreciate the modern update on humour with Knight rider.

Instead of a talking car *still* being a shock, the writers deserve credit for keeping with the times by getting one of the bad guys to say
"OMG! The car is talking to us!!"

Then have another bad guy respond by saying

"Big deal...my car also talks...it's called GPS...I have one too!"

Then to add in Kitt as a talking car that responds by saying "But can your car do this..."
(***car did not turn into a truck at this particular point, that was at another point in the show.)

Not only gave good attention to the difference between a modern day voice system and Today's Kitt, but aslo helped grant credit to the very idea that the writers have done their best to maintain the idea that the car is the star of the show, along with the new Mike Knight, not just Mike Knight.

I'm giving that particular show 5 stars.

I decided to give this new Knight Rider one more chance after I written off the pilot as a extended Ford commercial. The action and actors were alright. The new headquarters was a bit much. I still didn't much care for the plane where KITT rolls out.

However, this new KITT's voice still bother me. His voice sounded way too monotone, deep, and at times very hard to understand. I realize he's supposed to be a computer but the old KITT's voice had a unique style, this voice seems to not have that yet. I did notice they got rid of the screen and replace it with a new glass/crystal ball voice analyzer which I did like. I suppose they were going for that combination look of HAL 9000 and the old KITT's voice analyzer.
