New format at WHWH Princeton

I noticed this morning that WHWH 1350 Princeton is now simulcasting WBCB 1490 Levittown/Fairless Hills, PA. The "Radio Ted" format, which seemed temporary when it started almost 3 years ago, appears to be gone.

Maybe they finally got someone to lease/buy it. I'm going to miss the Timeless Entertainment Device.

Well, Radio TED is STILL running on something because I hear it slightly under the WBCB audio.

WHWH was off the air for months. Then when they came back on in December, they ran constant promos for "dollar a hollar" airtime.

WHWH did simulcast some local high school sports games from WBCB in the past. I guess now the simulcast will be fulltime. I'll have to check if WHWH still has the C-Quam AM Stereo exciter in use.

On Sunday they had Ted back for a while during the Eagles game, which wasn't simulcast (but was bleeding through under Ted). Also a very generic pitch for brokered programming customers--didn't mention the call letters, just that you could ask about buying time for your own show on "this radio station" by calling a toll-free number (probably rings at Multicultural's HQ).
