New frequency and power boost approved for CFUT 91.1 Shawinigan

La Radio Campus Communautaire Francophone de Shawinigan received approval today to move CFUT 91.1 in Shawinigan, Quebec to 92.9 and increase power from 199 to 2,100 watts (250 to 3,900 watts maximum ERP). Antenna height will be raised from 9.2 to 123.7 metres (EHAAT) and the radiation pattern will change from non-directional to directional. The transmitter site will be relocated.
