Matt announced on his facebook page that will become the new host of the morning-drive program on "95.3 MNC" WTRC AM/FM in South Bend, IN. In addition, Matt will still do fill-in and weekend work for both WTAM and WLW (in fact, he's on WLW tomorrow afternoon).

This is going to be an interesting commute. With his wife working in Hudson city government, a permanent move to Indy is probably out of the question. Think maybe he's hoping they'll let him do the show from his home studio after a while? Would they go for that?
 
Not for Morning Drive..especially in a talk format..a music format would be one thing..but you've got to have a physcial presence in the market in order to be effective..
 
I assume Matt has the option to do the show from his home studio in Hudson, if necessary, but I get the idea they want his "boots on the ground" in SB.

Maybe he'll do occasional weeks from back home once he gets settled in at WTRC.
