The G.M. usually looks at sales figures to make decisions, unlike a PD who SHOULD fight for ther talent at any cost. As for KEZW, when you're dealing with a format that sees 100+ people in you target demo with-in a 200 mile radius (which they don't even reach)die each day and you still pull those numbers...Rick is safe. Good product. Good staff. Good guy.
