SoulCrusher said:What I said with regards to Fall Out Boy applies even more to Good Charlotte. This post belongs on the CHR Forum. Good Charlotte got very minor airplay for "Predictable" on Alternative and nothing else from their last album got played. The kid from this band used to sleep around with Hilary Duff, even recorded with her, so let his music become the domain of Radio Disney. Terrible formulaic pop/rock that only teenyboppers listen to. And please, for the love of all that is holy, do not call this band (or similar acts) punk rock. They're as punk rock as a pink dress.
I suppose in a matter of time someone will talk about the new All American Rejects, Bowling For Soup, or Simple Plan single on here as well.

Rolls eyes....
Although GC belongs on alternative less than Fall Out Boy, it's still nice to hear some fun songs on the radio rather then pretentious boring indie-snob music. Actually, I take that back, there are some great bands like The Decemberists, The Shins, Death Cab For Cutie, etc. However, if I have to hear one more person rave about the latest train wreck of a Mars Volta CD or just how "innovative" TV On The Radio is, I'm going to scream.
