New Graphics Package for KYTX

Watched CBS19 at 10 last night and saw they have new graphics for their news. Was this the debut or have they been running these for a few days?

Any thoughts or comments?

Me? I liked the blues in there, but I'm tend to favor blue colors anyway. The scrolling "The Eye of East Texas" at the bottom was a bit annoying...seemed too busy to me.

Yeah...like 19 FINALLY getting all the hiss and sizzle out of their anchors' mics...especially the females. Kelli Wiese's mic was the WORST. (Can you tell I'm a sound junkie, too??)

It's been that way since they signed on. I'm watching their 10 PM news right now. The audio is better than it used to be, but still very sibilant. I'm betting it has something to do with their "all digital" facility. They must be aware of he problem. Both anchors have lavaliere mics with HUGE windscreens. They are almost the size of ping-pong balls!
