New GSMs at Kiss & the Beat

Just got this note:

Cox Radio, Inc. today announced that Francisco Luciano has been named general sales manager (GSM) for KISS 104.1 (WALR-FM), effective immediately. Michelle Catolico will be assuming Luciano’s current role as GSM for 95-5 The Beat (WBTS-FM). Catolico comes from Jacksonville.

I don't really follow the GSMs so maybe Roddy can provide some context here. Luciano is replacing Mariann Staino. No clue where she's going.
