New iHeart Offices in St Pete/Clearwater

You sure that's not 135 square feet? Doesn't take 13,000+ square feet to house about 8 laptop/jukeboxes to supply music/talk for radio stations.

Sound like they are going to have operations other than radio stations there. Dayton, Ohio moved to a facility with literally one on-air studio for 6 stations with only one show originating from there in the morning and one in the afternoon. The Cincinnati IHeart facilty let go of half of its space and built studios in what was the sales half of the building.

That was a HUGE freaking facility that I-Heart had in Cincinnati; you'd walk for almost miles from the reception entrance to where the radio studios were..

They've been building what amount to 'hubs' to house content creation with even performance studios. This model won't happen in small to medium markets, but you have to give them credit for at least building facilities that can create unique content for in and out of market.
