I guess the bitterest of rivals (Amy & Jerr) can smoke the peace pipe if the bowl
is filled with desperation. It want taste so good, but will produce a false
euphoria of keeping the Big Dog at bay.

If desperation is something that you smoke, then Magic Broadcasting is the Amsterdam of Radio....

Broadway can't be going to Magic because he is under a 1 year non compete like every other radio people employee. If they released him then every other non compete they have wouldn't be worth the paper it's written on.

Non-competes can be selectively enforced in Alabama. Clear Channel, Citadel and Cox have done so for some time.

Spot on, Ricky. Former employees can be released from their contracts at the will of management, and have been while others have been enforced and stood up in court. It is completely at the discretion of the employer.

You know...the RP may just feel it is in their best interest to release
him from the "non compete". Thinking that is exactly what would happen
if he goes to the 8th floor....Non-Compete.
Their thinking may be that Amy & Jerr in the same house is a recipe
for disaster. Or........

On a long shot...Jerr is a double agent that is still on the Radio People payroll
and he is going to infiltrate and sabotage TVY with a poor airshift and
relentless EGO clashes with AP.

Always pick "C" stupid. KMX, JJN and JRL wouldn't play outdated, poor testing
cuts. TVY would. What idiots.

of the butt kicking she recieved at the hands of Mason & Misty. It just goes
to show you, you can put lipstick on a pig and and you've still got......

If you have such a problem with AP then why listen? You know what time everyday that she is on the air--just don't listen, it will probably keep your blood pressure down and help you to live longer if she upsets you that bad!

Aww come on now.......you can't help but switch back to listen to how many lies come out of her mouth each morning and check in to see if poor KC is still treading water..............it's not like we listen to the whole show, one can only take so much of AP, I mean the people poll last week she completely blew the question...........when she was talking about the money alloted for Enterprise what is it 79 million....and the guy called in from Abbeville and he told how they had 20 million that the school had to BORROW to rebuild. He wanted to know why Enterprise was alloted the money and Abbeville had to find the money within the system and "borrow" to build and that it wasn't fair. That never registered with Ap, she thought that he was wanting to know why Eprise just "got" that money. I did too, seems like that money should be given to the schools, not having to borrowed and payments made but the question flew right over the ole pig sty.

[EDIT] I, like most TVY listeners, listen for the "one" reason the station became a success. THE LEGENDS. Regardless of the crap
she spews, the Legends turned the audience over. Now however, you can barely hear a legends song.
And you have to put up with a tremendous amount of redneck, insulting, loud, obnoxious, patronizing,
self serving crap to hear Merle or George. The Legends brought the audience. The Legends Luxuries
built and kept the audience. The morning show simply had to sign the station on each day and play
The Legends. AP was in the right place at the right time. However, she made the mistake of believing
she was more important to the core audience than The Legends.
The audience erosion may be unstopable if the Dawg can stay on track and get off the promotinal bucks. Hmmm.
