New KZAH 99.3 & KPER 103.3

Alpha Media has two new FMs: C3 KZAH Harper, TX and Class A 103.3 KPER Pearsall, TX.

Will Alpha Media try and move these two new FMs closer to SA?

It's KZAH 99.1, not 99.3. Here is the CP.

There is an LPFM on 99.1 and a translator on 103.3, so probably not. Hopefully they take good care of these stations. But given their track record with KHHL, I'm not sure that will happen. Unless they've recently started trying harder...
